IMPORTANT:

PCB samples are sensitive goods through China Custom. PCB samples sending with commercial purpose may be requested to provide official Custom Clearance Document or full import documents with import license. Tax Duty may be payable to China Custom or clients’ country. Before sending samples out, please kindly be advised that Fast PCB Studio is not responsible for Custom duty payable to both outgoing and inbounding nations.

There are some suggestions below to avoid or simplify the customer clearance procedure with China custom for your delivery to us.

1. Please tick “Tax Duty paid by Sender” before shipping out your samples to Fast PCB Studio. It will shot the time on custom clearance procedure in China when it is deemed to necessary by China Custom. Customer will be fully responsible for the possible costs on custom duty (16%), custom clearance charge (mostly likely $15-$80), extra storage time (Min. USD10 after 3 days docking) and other relevant fees charge by China custom or carrier companies.

2. Please claim the goods value NO MORE THAN USD400, and NOT LESS THAN FREIGHT COST. PCB Sample value approx. to or higher than USD500 may be requested with official import documents and import license by China Custom. PCB sample value less than freight cost will be considered as devalued product for skipping around tariff by CN custom.

3. Courier company DHL & TNT that are strict for custom clearance procedures of China custom the sample delivery with custom clearance charges. FedEX and UPS may sometimes skip custom clearance procedures, while EMS and National POST may skip the custom clearance procedure most often for non-commercial deliveries. DHL, FedEX, TNT, UPS & EMS takes 1.5-2.5 weeks for delivery on average, while National POST would take 4-6 weeks in general.
